• Access to mentorship and technical guidance
• Optional access to enterprise AI tools at group rates
• Workspace collaboration tools

3. Eligibility and Selection

3.1. Program Requirements:

• Must be an AI-focused startup
• Must be based in the USA, European Economic Area, or Switzerland
• Must complete KYC verification process
• Must have a clear business model and growth potential

3.2. Selection Process:

• Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis
• Final decisions are at AI-Access's sole discretion
• Not all applications will be accepted

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

4.1. Information Sharing:

• We protect your confidential information
• You maintain ownership of your intellectual property
• We may share anonymized data for Program improvement
• Community discussions are confidential by default

5. Program Rules

5.1. Participant Obligations:

• Active participation in community activities
• Respectful communication with other members
• Regular progress updates and milestone reporting
• Compliance with all Program guidelines

5.2. Prohibited Activities:

• Sharing confidential information outside the Program
• Harassment or discrimination of any kind
• Misrepresentation of company status or achievements
• Using the Program for unauthorized promotion

• No guaranteed funding or investment

• No refunds for optional paid services upon termination

• No guarantee of business success or outcomes
• Participants responsible for their business decisions
